3. What is Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Report? and do you provide DFM report?
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Report is a tooling analysis report that contains an in-depth information about your design such as potential problems that need to be corrected. Some of the usual data it reports are: choice of resin, choice of gate location, parting line, finishing, draft angle, etc. It is efficient as it can reduce the manufacturing cost.
And yes, we provide DFM report.
4. Can you quote my CAD model file for all protyping services?
Our request form can accommodate one service per submission

5. Do you provide assistance in transforming my drawing to 3D CAD file?
We don’t provide design services such as transforming your drawing to 3D CAD design but we can help you get the contact information of designers who are working with our partners here in China. Just contact us for assistance.
6. I have a deadline in 48 hours and I need to present simple prototype, is it possible to get it before my deadline?
We can only guarantee 3 days as we strictly follow our quality protocol inspection even for a simple prototype.
