    ADVANTAGES

    Advantages of Pressure Die Casting

    • Complex Geometries in Volume
CNC machining can help you with your complex requirements no doubt but Die Casting is highly recommended for quantity more than 100 parts.
    • Alloy Strength
Die casting produces a solid metal part that doesn’t require another step for the required strength.

    • Great Thin Walls
Strong and light thin walls are possible with die casting.

    • Heat Resistance and UV Rays
Compare to plastic injection, die-cast parts are more heat resistant than any plastic parts. Metals are stronger than plastic and almost unaffected by the presence of UV rays.

    • The Efficiency of Die Cast Tooling
Save time and money in producing your metal parts in volume with die-cast tooling. See our flexible tooling options below.

    Aluminium Casting Market Growth
47.1 billion was estimated aluminium casting market size in 2018.
Analysts anticipated a Compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9.1% from 2019 to 2025.

Our DPMI Process: Die Casting Tooling

    Design, Prepare, Machine, Inspect

    1. Design Analysis of Your Die Cast Design
A meticulous review of CAD file that includes optimization will be conducted, following an email of DFM report to the designer.

    2. Preparation of Die Cast Tooling
Plan and preparation of materials and the required tools.

    3. Machining
Using the usual CNC machines, EDM, and cutting machines.

    4. Inspection and Adjustment of Your Die Cast Tooling
Dimensional and mechanical inspections are performed with adjustments to satisfy the requirements.
