    Design, Prepare, Machine, Inspect

    1. Design Analysis of Your Plastic Injection Tooling
    A meticulous review of CAD file that includes optimization will be conducted, following an email of DFM report to the designer.

    2. Preparation of Plastic Injection Tooling
    Plan and preparation of materials and the required tools.

    3. Machining
    Using the usual CNC machines, EDM, and cutting machines.

    4. Inspection and Adjustment of Your Plastic Injection Tooling
    Dimensional and mechanical inspections are performed with adjustments to satisfy the requirements.
