Our Tooling Process

1. Design Analysis
A meticulous review of CAD file that includes optimization will be conducted, following an email of DFM report to the designer.

2. Tooling Preparation
Plan and preparation of materials and the required tools.

3. Machining
Using the usual CNC machines, EDM, and cutting machines.

4. Inspection and Adjustment
Dimensional and mechanical inspections are performed with adjustments to satisfy requirements.
